SCUBA Diving has rapidly become a family sport. We frequently train parents and children in becoming qualified SCUBA divers. Our SCUBA diving courses cater for beginners through to advanced certification.
We have Refresher, Basic Open Water, Medic First Aid, Rescue and Advanced courses available. We believe professional instruction is essential to achieve maximum safe enjoyment in exploring the world’s great oceans and thus always adhere to PADI standards. In October 2007 Mindarie Diving Academy achieved one of PADI’s highest educational awards “PADI 5 STAR STATUS”
Our operation is situated at 6 / 71 Winton Road, Joondalup, 20 minutes drive from central Perth. Mindarie Diving Academy provides a full range of SCUBA diving activities and services.
Our Dive Boat “Sea Quest” is equipped with modern satellite navigation, colour depth scanning units, This vessel is licensed to carry 12 divers and provides easy access with two walk-thru transoms.
“Sea Quest” has a regular diving schedule to the local wrecks and reefs around this part of the west coast. We also have quality equipment for hire and sale, also providing service / cylinder test facilities with air fills.
We regularly import container loads of quality diving equipment direct from manufacturers and various international suppliers, providing top quality diving equipment for sale at bargain discount prices.
As some items are not sourced direct from manufacturers we refuse to be bound by manufacturers & wholesalers recommended retail prices. We often supply other dive stores with these same products.
